Massa continues to set the pace at Valencia on second day |

The Japanese driver set a best time of 1:12.056 seconds. Lewis Hamliton was unable to beat Massa and Kobayashi's times, but was able to improve during the day. Hamilton concentrated on long runs and set a fastest time of 1:12.256 seconds in the early afternoon. He ended the day in third spot and is happy with his first outing in the new MP4-25 McLaren. Robert Kubica completed a total of 119 laps in his Renault on Tuesday and also concentrated on long runs. At the end of the day he completed a few laps on lower fuel and posted a best time of 1:12.426 seconds. The Polish driver brought the session to an early finish when he stopped on the start-finish straight with just five minutes remaining. It was the second red flag of the testing so far. Mercedes GP's Nico Rosberg ended the day behind Kubica with a best time of 1:12.899 seconds and finished just ahead of Ruben Barrichello. The Brazilian clocked a best time of 1:13.377 seconds in his new Williams FW32. Toro Rosso's Sebastien Buemi had a better day after the gearbox problems he suffered on Monday.
