Weather Rain on and off all day, air 10 - 14 °C, track 10 - 14 °C Circuit length 4.428 km Driver Pedro de la Rosa (ES) Chassis / engine BMW Sauber C29-01 / Ferrari Kilometres today 35 km (8 laps) Fastest lap 1:29.691 min Pedro de la Rosa “With the same mixed conditions as yesterday, it simply wasn’t worth doing much driving today. We have a good understanding of the car, and I’m looking forward to the next test in Barcelona, hopefully on a dry track.” Thomas Hunsicker (Test Engineer) “We gathered a lot of data yesterday in mixed conditions, which is why it didn’t make sense today to complete a lot of laps just for the sake of running the car. The weather forecast is better for tomorrow. That will give us the opportunity to continue working on our scheduled programme.” What comes next Tomorrow, Friday, Kamui Kobayashi takes over for the remaining two days of testing in Jerez. |
