McLaren will not
have a huge upgrade for the first race of the 2010 F1 season and it
will be essentially the same as what they had at the final pre-season
testing at Barcelona in Spain. The team wants to focus on the
efficiency of their pit stops during practice at Bahrain.
"We will
continue to work through details regarding the efficiency of our
pitstops," said McLaren MD Jonathan Neale. He says they will
have a few minor aerodynamic developments on the car.
"There are
some pretty low level ones, but nothing night and day. There are one
or two minor aerodynamic developments on the car, but it will look
and feel like the car we had at the end of the Barcelona test,"
he said. |
